People visiting Taiwan to take part in the OCAC’s various training and study programs, overseas compatriot students studying in Taiwan, and individual overseas compatriots in Taiwan and overseas can apply for an i Compatriot Card on the OCAC’s i Compatriot Card website. After approval, a virtual card will be issued and applicants notified to activate the card by email.
